How it works - four simple steps

1

Share your reports

The relevant consultant reviews your case and we send you a treatment plan with an indicative cost estimate and expected length of stay.

3

Travel & arrival

We issue any visa support letter you need, help with accommodation, and arrange airport pickup and your first appointment slot.

4

Treatment & follow-up

A dedicated coordinator stays with you throughout your stay, and you leave with a discharge summary plus a teleconsultation follow-up plan.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How quickly will someone reply to my enquiry?

Enquiries sent through this page are answered within one working day, and usually much sooner during clinic hours. Anything urgent should go to the Emergency Department on +968 2458 3790, which is staffed 24/7.

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?

Walk-ins are welcome at our outpatient clinics, but booking ahead means a specific consultant and a much shorter wait. The Emergency Department never requires an appointment.

How do I get a copy of my medical records or lab report?

Most lab results are available through the patient portal. For a full file, discharge summary or imaging copy, contact Medical Records on Ext. 2 with your MRN and a copy of your ID. Records are released to the patient or a legally authorised representative only.

Which insurance companies do you work with?

We are empanelled with most major local and international insurers. Before your visit, call the Insurance Desk on Ext. 3 with your policy details so we can confirm coverage and arrange any pre-authorisation in advance.

Can I get a cost estimate before treatment?

Yes. Tell us the planned procedure or share your doctor's advice note and the Billing Desk will prepare a written estimate covering the consultation, investigations, stay and consumables. International patients receive this before travelling.

Is support available in Arabic and other languages?

Our staff assist in Arabic and English as standard, and our team speaks several other languages including Hindi, Urdu and Malayalam. Interpreters for other languages can be arranged in advance through the international desk.

Can I ask a doctor a medical question through this form?

We cannot diagnose or give treatment advice by email - it is not safe without an examination. Use the form to request an appointment or a second opinion, and the consultant will advise you in person or by teleconsultation.

Where do I park, and is there step-free access?

Free on-site parking is available, with accessible bays and expectant-mother bays near the main entrance. The building has step-free access, lifts to every floor and wheelchairs available at reception.
